Hm, well just in case I would say the witches in my AU are like zecora (healing potions and stuff) but are called witches due to the origin of the word like earth and for simplicity

That enough to tell me that I should not worry so I guess witch is just another name for a healer, which is what mine are but still do magic since they are ponies but the pegasus and earth ponies use unicorn-like magic so that is what makes them unique

It’s funny that you bring that up, because I watched Kiki’s Delivery Service just the other day, and one of the things that stuck out to me was how people in that world seemed to generally treat witches as a good thing, not something to be feared.

When you watch a really good episode of FiM that presents you with the opportunity to use the word “deconstruction”.
