Quick question about Rule #4

is it breaking the rule, this worth reporting and deleting the comment that says: “Is there a version without (one thing really disliked)?”

or is ANY mention of something you don’t like about a picture delete worthy?

Generally no, but it’s going to depend on the content and comment.

For example a shipping image between two characters where it’s clear that both characters are important to the image, dropping something like “Wish Applejack weren’t in this, hate her!” is a No.

On a beach pinup of Rarity, a comment like “Wish there were a version without the sunglasses, they hide her beauty!” is OK.

And on an image of the M6 that doesn’t have Spike it, going “Why’s Spike missing? Is there a version with Spike? Downvote!” is Not OK.

If a Rule 4 comment was deleted from a picture ourselves uploaded, but we the uploader didn’t have anything against the comment or it didn’t bother us, is there a way we can request to have it un-deleted? Or maybe have a setting where a comment is only deleted if the uploader reports it as long as it isn’t a response to another comment by someone who isn’t the uploader?

That’s so situational that your best bet is either reporting the image or asking in the Discord about it.
