Seriously how do I do a vector comic without it taking forever,where should i start?

People, the problem is not only in RAM.
Over 700 characters!!! Various colors, some of them in groups.
It is not enough to place them on the screen - the difficulty is to create a composition from such a quantity, distributing them evenly across the canvas.
But admins also have a personal life, and there is still work on the site.

it is difficult to work with huge files like that, I can barely put together larger pictures in general on my own pc. they cause a very laggy feeling, and it’s a halfway decent computer.
and this image is E X T R E M E L Y L A R G E. way bigger than anything my computer could most likely handle.

You can’t please everyone. I lost a few when I did a few more suggestive pictures with Equestria Girls characters (I drew Adagio nude, laid on her front so not actually showing anything much, for an example), but I don’t usually draw that sort of thing.
I really should finish a couple of pictures off. Not drawn anything for ages.
Might dust off my old 40k-MLP crossover comic. There’s 3 pages of that nearly finished that aren’t on here.
